If you are a 3rd party, like-minded organization and would like to book at Woodland Trails Scout Camp, you will be required to submit a valid Certificate of Insurance that names Scouts Canada as an additional insured, from your provider once your booking has been submitted. We will also issue you a booking contract to be signed and returned to us prior to your arrival date.
(Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from this requirement)
***Girl Guides of Canada Groups: if you’re using the credit card issued to your group by your Head Office, please be sure to use the Head Office address in the billing section or your payments may not be processed.
***We are not permitted to rent out our Camps for personal use of any kind. i.e.: weddings/receptions, anniversaries, baby/bridal showers, photo shoots etc…
All weekend bookings must be made at least 7 days or more in advance.

*Effective March 17, 2023, Woodland Trails Scout Camp, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.
Please note that the cancellation policy terms and conditions remain in effect.
